PT FM Digital Solution, a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, provides Digital Payment Initiation, Biller, SMS OTP, and other digital services ("Services"). This policy applies to all individuals or legal entities that use or access PT FM Digital Solution Services, including but not limited to Merchants, Merchant Customers, and site/application visitors. In this policy, the following terms have the following meanings:
- "Personal Data" means any information that can identify a person, either directly or indirectly.
- "Other Data" means information not included in the Personal Data category, such as technical and operational data collected through Service usage.
- "Affiliate" means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with PT FM Digital Solution.

PT FM Digital Solution is a licensed, registered, and authorized payment system operator by Bank Indonesia. All personal data processing is subject to applicable Indonesian laws and regulations, including but not limited to Bank Indonesia regulations regarding consumer data protection and payment system security.
